Before you make a purchase, you had better read the shipping terms below carefully. It would be helpful if you want to know how long will it take for the package to arrive or control your best delivery time without delay.

1. Do you have international shipping?

The delivery scope on Ryamen website covers the US currently. For more details, please check “Shipping & Delivery’’.



2. When will my order ship?

We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours (the weekend will be delayed to working day). At that time, you can email us (support@ryamen.com) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.



3. How will my delivery be shipped?

For orders from the United States, we will ship from the local warehouse in Los Angeles without the shipping charge, and the shipment basically takes 2-7 business days (based on your location).  

 

For orders from Canada, Mexico and South America, we charge $18 for one piece, and the shipment basically takes 7-21 business days (based on your location).

 

For orders from Australia New Zealand and most countries in Europe, we charge $15 for one piece, and the shipment basically takes 7-21 business days (based on your location).

 

For orders from Southeast Asia, Saudi Arabia and other countries, we charge $15 for one piece and, and the shipment basically takes 5-17 business days (based on your location).





4. How to track my order?

You can track your order on our website in 1-4 business days after your purchase.

 

5. How to get the goods ASAP?

Customers in the United States could enjoy fast and convenient shipping service by purchasing our products on our amazon store https://www.amazon.com/ryamen . It usually takes 1-3 days before you receive the package.

Sign in to your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

We're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Mariana Islands, Saint Martin, U.S. Wake Island, Puerto Rico, at this time. We're only able to ship within the continental USA.



Note:

*The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at support@ryamen.com.

*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours.
